MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING

X. ITD Allocations

For the duration of the current agreement, the University and GEO will pilot a program to provide additional ITD funding as follows:

Any employee needing an additional allocation of ITD funds for academic or employment related purposes will receive, upon request to her or his department, the equivalent of one additional month's allocation per term.

XI. Affirmative Action Representative

An Affirmative Action Representative shall be designated at the Office of Equity and Diversity Services be responsible for GSI concerns.
