Article XXVI:
Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall become effective on the date executed below, and shall remain in full force and effective until and including February 1, 2005, when it shall terminate. This Agreement shall not be extended beyond February 1, 2005, except by written consent of the parties. If either party desires to amend or modify this Agreement, written notice to that effect shall be given to the other party by November 1, 2004. It is understood that following such notice, negotiations will begin by November 15, 2004, unless mutually agreed otherwise.
